Shareholders’ rights : Common ground in EP ahead of vote

After intense division on the difficult issue of shareholders' rights, Socialist rapporteur Sergio Cofferati (Italy) and the shadow rapporteurs for the other political groups seem to have come to agreement, ahead of the vote in plenary on 8 July, say informed sources.
