The EU's top officials are still groping in the dark when it comes to the future of the Greek bailout programme. Athens may need further financial aid that could amount to ?10 billion. But for now, the eurozone's leaders appear to prefer a prudent approach. ?We will have to assess [a new assistance] in the second half of the year,?
