European Parliament has new logo

The European Parliament has been sporting a new logo for the last few days. It is an "in-house design," the institution's Secretary-General, Klaus Welle, told members of the Committee on Budgets (BUDG), implying that the cost was less than if the project had been outsourced to an agency.
