The decision by the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) to postpone the liberalisation of its electricity market is a clear breach of Energy Community (EnC) law, said the EnC Secretariat in a reasoned opinion dated 27 April, issued in a dispute settlement case.
